About the Class
GMMA’s, One on One and Group Personal Training Sessions offer a personalised and tailored fitness experience. Our experienced instructors will help to guide you and challenge your fitness capabilities. 30 minute to 1 hour sessions are available upon booking. Each session is focused on improving Cardio Fitness, using of a wide variety of body weight techniques plus mitt and glove combos to enhance a whole body workout routine.
One on One Sessions:
Help’s the individual to achieve their fitness goals with a more intensive and motivating structure. Each session builds on the participants fitness level and technical ability to further develop cardiovascular fitness and muscular formation. All sessions are tailor specific to each individual and their fitness levels, with any medical constraints being recognised to help layout a more personalised fitness experience.
Group Sessions:
Are aimed at larger groups which intend to give their members a chance to test their fitness levels. Our matted training area and our padded kick-shields and gloves, allow for a safe approach to training. Each session can be customised to suit different groups and different fitness levels.
